In my 10 years of experience training and coaching leaders and professionals I have found that one of the best way to develop self-awareness is through creating a Profile of Self. The Profile is a tool to organize your self-knowledge in a way that makes it easy to articulate and share more about who you are with others.
Using the Profile, you can become clearer about who you are, why you do what you, what you do best, and where you thrive. You can learn and articulate what motivates you and plan your work in a way that engages your best self.
